This session, “Brownfields, ESAs and Development Decisions: Red Flags, Green Lights and Brownfields Pathways,” will be presented by Dawn Crowell, MELP of LaBella Associates and will provide a practical look at evaluating environmental risk during land acquisition and development.

The discussion will break down the fundamentals of Brownfields, how to read an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), and how to quickly identify red flags that can delay or derail a project. Attendees will also learn how certain challenges can be transformed into opportunities through Brownfield programs and incentives.
