What’s Ahead for
Ladies in Land in 2026
2026 is about scale, depth, and long-term impact.
We’re not just growing — we’re building lasting infrastructure that supports women at every stage of their careers in land and development.
National Collegiate Network (30 Universities)
We’re expanding into the university space to create a true feeder program — connecting students directly into local city chapters, mentorship, internships, and early-career opportunities in land development. This is about building the pipeline before women enter the workforce.
Expanded Education, Courses & Certifications
Our internal member resource library is getting a major upgrade, including:
HOA & community management education
Land entitlement “how-to” coursework
PE credits and accredited continuing education
This gives members real, resume-building credentials — not just networking.
Job Platform Refresh
Our job board is evolving into a robust career platform, offering:
Expanded job listings nationwide
Career resources and tools
Better visibility for inclusive employers
This is about helping members not just find jobs — but build careers.
