Ladies in Land exists to empower, educate, and elevate women in land development by creating a nationwide network rooted in connection, representation, and real-world knowledge.   • Collegiate Network Expansion

    Building the future of land development starts by introducing the next generation to the opportunities within the industry. Each Market will build a relationship with at least one local college or university to connect female students with industry professionals, provide career exposure, and create pathways for students to learn about and pursue careers in land development.

  • Land Development Credentialing

    As the land development industry continues to evolve, specialized knowledge matters more than ever. We are building industry-specific education and credentialing opportunities that strengthen technical understanding, recognize professional expertise, and create a clear standard of knowledge for professionals across the land development industry.

  • Leadership Development

    Great leaders are built through experience, education, and continued growth. We provide training, coaching, and hands-on leadership opportunities that help women strengthen their skills, build confidence, and become effective leaders within their organizations, communities, and the land development industry.

    Meaningful mentorship can shape careers, build confidence, and open doors to new opportunities.
