Dana Neuneker

At Ladies in Land, we believe that true leadership shows up consistently — and no one embodies that spirit better than Dana Neuneker. Since the launch of our Houston Chapter, Dana has been a pillar of support, attending every single Lunch & Learn, contributing her ideas, and helping shape the future of our community.

Dana is not only a dedicated participant; she’s an active driver of growth. From suggesting impactful topics to championing member awareness, Dana’s passion for education and professional development shines through everything she does. Her leadership reminds us why we built this organization: to uplift, empower, and inspire women shaping the land development industry.

Professionally, Dana brings a powerful resume to the table as an experienced Development Manager, with expertise in land development, floodplain and watershed management, ArcGIS, and civil engineering. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Dana's knowledge and commitment elevate every room she's in.

She is not just building communities — she is helping build a stronger future for the next generation of female leaders in land development. Dana currently serves as a Development Manager handling all the entitlements for a multitude of projects at Maple Development Group located here in Houston, TX.

We are so proud to have you in Ladies in Land, and honored to celebrate your incredible contributions to our space!
