Market Ambassador of the Month
Megan Ledbetter serves as Vice President of Field Operations – Yardly at Taylor Morrison, bringing extensive experience across land acquisition, entitlements, development, planning, and operations. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles spanning both the public and private sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the many stages involved in bringing communities to life.
As the Market Ambassador Lead for the Ladies in Land Charlotte Market, Megan has continued to play an important role in building and strengthening the local community. Most recently, she has demonstrated tremendous dedication through her efforts surrounding 2027 sponsorships, helping build the partnerships and support that allow the Market to continue growing and creating valuable opportunities for its members.

Nicole Frambach serves as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Brightshore Capital Partners, where she focuses on sourcing and developing master-planned communities. Her career spans land acquisition, retail site selection, and brokerage, including nine years with NVR. Growing up on a farm also shaped her connection to land and the perspective she brings to working with landowners, operators, investors, and development partners.
As a co-founding Ambassador of the Ladies in Land Charlotte Market, Nicole has continued to play an important role in supporting and growing the community. Most recently, she has shown tremendous dedication through her efforts surrounding 2027 sponsorships, helping strengthen the partnerships that support the Market and create opportunities for its members.

Dreia Hannibal
Land Development Coordinator at KB Home
Dreia Hannibal is a Land Development Coordinator with KB Home in Charlotte, where she supports cross-functional teams throughout the land development process. Alongside her work in the industry, Dreia is continuing to invest in her professional growth through Wake Forest University’s Master of Project Management program and is actively involved in her community.
Since becoming involved with Ladies in Land, Dreia has truly embraced what it means to be an engaged member. She consistently shows up for Charlotte Market events, participates in the community, and looks for opportunities to learn, connect, and contribute. Most recently, she joined fellow Ladies in Land members at UNC Charlotte to share her perspective on the land development industry with students and offer insight to those beginning to explore their own careers.
