Leading with Impact

Adrienne Petrowski

Adrienne is making a strong impact within the Charleston chapter, recently leading a standout Lunch & Learn that truly resonated with attendees. By bringing in Sydni Redmond of Passarella & Associates, she curated a session focused on wetland delineation and listed species considerations—an essential yet often overlooked aspect of the development process. The program was not only informative, but highly practical and directly relevant to day-to-day work in the field.

What set the event apart was the response. Attendees consistently shared how engaging and valuable the experience felt, reflecting the kind of thoughtful, high-quality programming Ladies in Land aims to deliver. Adrienne’s leadership is setting the tone for the chapter, and the momentum she’s building is already evident.
