This session, "Funding the Future: Understanding Municipal Improvement Districts in South Carolina," will feature Pfil Hunt of Wrathell Hunt & Associates and will provide an overview of how Municipal Improvement Districts (MIDs) help finance public infrastructure and support sustainable community growth throughout South Carolina.
