This session, “From Boundaries to Build: The Role of Surveying in Land Development,” will feature Alicia Tabachnick, PLS of Timmons Group and will provide an overview of the critical role surveying plays in successful land development projects.

The discussion will explore why accurate survey data is essential throughout the development process, the limitations of relying solely on GIS data, and the importance of ALTA surveys in due diligence and project planning. Alicia will also share insights from her experience as a woman in the surveying profession.
