Meet at the large PLAY letters

Gipson Play Plaza sits on a portion of the historic former Dorothea Dix Hospital grounds and features 18.5 acres of playgrounds, gathering spaces, gardens, public art, and sweeping skyline views of Raleigh.

During this guided walking tour, attendees will explore how the plaza was designed to serve as both a destination park and a community gathering space.
