The presentation will dive into regulatory compliance related to Jurisdictional Waters under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Environmental Phase I ESAs.

Attendees will gain insight into current definitions of Waters of the U.S., project impact analysis considerations, and the 2021 ASTM requirements for Phase I ESAs—making this session especially valuable for developers, engineers, land professionals, and environmental consultants navigating regulatory approvals.
