This session, Jurisdictional Waters & Permitting with USACE, will be led by Terri Symonds, Principal and Founder of Symonds Ecology, LTD. The presentation will dive into regulatory compliance related to Jurisdictional Waters under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Environmental Phase I ESAs.
Attendees will gain insight into current definitions of Waters of the U.S., project impact analysis considerations, and the 2021 ASTM requirements for Phase I ESAs—making this session especially valuable for developers, engineers, land professionals, and environmental consultants navigating regulatory approvals.
