This session, “WOTUS Unpacked: New Rules, Real Impacts,” will feature Matt Tobler of LJA and will provide an update on Waters of the United States (WOTUS) and evolving state regulations affecting land development in Colorado.

The discussion will cover recent developments surrounding WOTUS and provide insight into state rules as they become more formalized.
