This session, “Understanding Traffic Impact Analyses,” will feature Kathy Smith of HDR and will provide an overview of the role Traffic Impact Analyses play in the land development process.

The discussion will explore how TIAs are used to evaluate transportation impacts, support development approvals, and inform infrastructure planning. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the requirements, challenges, and opportunities associated with traffic studies.
