This session, “Wastewater Permitting 101: TPDES & TLAP,” will feature Jamie Miller of JA Wastewater Inc. and will provide an in-depth discussion on the permitting process for TPDES and TLAP wastewater permits.
The discussion will explore the pros, cons, and challenges associated with permitting through the TCEQ, as well as key differences between permit types and how they impact overall development planning.
