  • DNT Construction 18954 Redland Road San Antonio, TX, 78259 United States (map)

Join us on April 23, 2026, from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM CT for a Ladies in Land Field Intensive hosted by DNT Construction.

📍 18954 Redland Rd, San Antonio, TX 78259, USA

This session, “Horizontal Development in Action: Earthwork, Entitlements & Infrastructure Sequencing,” will feature Justin Allison of DNT Construction and provide a behind-the-scenes look at early-stage land development in a live field setting.

This technical field walk will focus on the operational and financial realities of large-scale horizontal development—specifically mass grading and infrastructure preparation. Attendees will gain firsthand insight into how projects move from raw land to build-ready lots.

We’ll cover:
• How subdivision earthwork is planned and executed at scale
• Cut/fill strategies and cost management
• Infrastructure sequencing and risk mitigation
• Navigating wetlands and regulatory constraints
• How permitting impacts schedule and capital

This session is designed to go beyond theory and into real-world execution—highlighting the decisions, risks, and strategies that shape successful land development projects.

⚠️ PPE Reminder: This is an active jobsite. Boots are required; hard hats, safety glasses, and vests are strongly recommended.

We look forward to seeing you in the field.
