This session, “Building Strong Associations: Arizona Community Association Law,” will feature Kellie Callahan and Alexis Firehawk of CHDB Law and will provide a comprehensive overview of the legal considerations involved in creating, governing, and transitioning community associations in Arizona.

The discussion will explore the full lifecycle of community development, including HOA and condominium formation, governing documents, assessments and reserves, developer control, turnover, and risk management.
