Ladies in Land was founded in 2023 to fill a gap in the industry.
Women were working across every stage of land development — but there was no centralized space designed to elevate them.
What started as one gathering quickly became a national movement.
Today, we are expanding across cities and universities, building an ecosystem of education, leadership, and opportunity for women shaping the built environment.
