The discussion will center on identifying risks early in the development process and understanding how environmental factors influence project feasibility, permitting, and cost.

Attendees will gain insight into:
• Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Wetlands, buffers, and endangered species considerations
• Mitigation banking fundamentals
• Identifying environmental risks during due diligence
• Hands-on exercises including wetlands delineation or map review

This interactive session is designed to provide practical, real-world experience for developers, engineers, and land professionals navigating environmental constraints.
