This session, “Development Finance & Proformas,” will feature Cam Thatcher of 68 Ventures and Ambere Hitchcock of Harvest Real Estate, along with additional industry perspective from development and lending professionals, and will provide a hands-on look at the financial side of land development.
The discussion will focus on the numbers behind the dirt—covering land acquisition costs, horizontal vs. vertical development costs, and how to build and analyze proformas. Attendees will also participate in an interactive exercise to build a simple land development proforma.
