Ladies in Land has partnered with CCMC to offer an exclusive certification program for members looking to expand their knowledge of community management and HOA operations.
This self-paced course explores how community management contributes to the long-term success of residential developments, covering topics such as governance, budgeting, amenity planning, operations, and resident experience. By completing the program, members gain a deeper understanding of the full lifecycle of a community and the role effective management plays in protecting a development's vision and long-term value.
How It Works
Complete all 10 self-paced training modules.
Finish at least 50% of each module before unlocking the next.
Complete knowledge checks throughout the course.
Pass the 20-question final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
Retake the exam as many times as needed.
Receive your CCMC Community Management Certification upon successful completion.
Showcase your certification on LinkedIn, your resume, and within your professional network.
